Since its inception, Legato has implemented a quality pathway for the continuing development and refinement of Quality Assurance policy and practices, with a focus on the continued enhancement of results, efficiency, and customer outcomes and satisfaction. One of Legato’s long term goals is the obtainment of an ISO 9001 certification.
Legato’s Quality Assurance program complies with all applicable Government acts, regulations, and incorporates industry leading practices. We understand the importance of a robust Quality Assurance program for the various SeaPort-e Customers, as well as the need to apply Quality Assurance in a flexible manner across the differing requirements solicited under SeaPort-e. To that end, Legato will customize its Quality Assurance practices to the unique requirements of each SeaPort-e Task Order. Furthermore, Legato’s team members on SeaPort-e possess sufficiently strong Quality Assurance programs that will be melded into Legato’s program and practices for each opportunity.
